Delivery cost is for UK mainland only, you can expect delivery within 14 days and will be advised when your item has been despatched.
When your item arrives please check it carefully and if you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival please contact us immediately via our contact form on the website.
If you decide you wish to return your order you have 14 days in which to do so. Please contact us to let us know, you will responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure that you check all items carefully on receipt, any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 5 working days of receiving the parcel. If the item is damaged please send us a picture of the damaged or faulty item if our inspection confirms the damage/fault your will be offered a full refund or replacement (if in stock).
We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, please make sure to read any care instructions on the product page or any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature. We cannot be held responsible if these guidelines are not adhered to and we will not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
Please repack your item with care using suitable packaging as the goods are your responsibility until received back at Willow & Hen headquarters.
We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally use by you to pay for the goods and will send email confirmation.
